The Swiss franc and the euro were steady against the dollar on Thursday following a two session sell off against the greenback on resurgent eurozone jitters and US Federal Reserve hints at a less accommodating US monetary policy. The franc was steady against the euro, remaining close to a six-month high struck on Monday as traders kept a lid on their euro positions.
The franc was steady against the dollar compared to the New York close, trading at 0.9154 francs per dollar by 0657 GMT. The franc was little changed against the euro at 1.2036 per euro.
