Chairman Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) Bashir Khan Qureshi was laid to rest in Ratodero late on Saturday. Funeral prayers for the JSQM chief were attended by people from different walks of life, political leaders and workers of JSQM and other nationalist parties.
They included Qadir Magsi, Abdul Waheed Areesar, Jalal Mehmood Shah, Syed Amir Hyder Shah, Dr Sarfdar Sarki, Riaz Chandio, Qammar Bhatti, MNA Gul Muhammad Jakhrani, former ambassador to UAE Khursheed Ahmed Junejo, Abdul Khaliq Junejo, MNA Ramesh Lal, Ayaz Latif Palejo, Hussain Bux Narejo. Besides, a delegation of the MQM led by Nisar Panhwar also attended the funeral of the JSQM chairman. The Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, expressed deep grief and sorrow over the death of Qureshi.
