'Zardari's visit to India will enhance trade, diplomatic ties'

Pakistan People's Party, Senator Ahmad Hassan Khan said on Sunday that the visit of President Zardari to India will help enhance trade, business and diplomatic ties between the two countries and will bring people closer.
Talking to reporters while inaugurating Dua Girls College at Ziarat Talash in Lower Dir district, the Senator said President Zardari has visited India in private capacity and expressed optimism that it will help improve diplomatic ties and misunderstanding between the two countries. He said friends can change but not neighbours. He termed the visit of the President Asif Ali Zardari is historic and will yield positive results.
Earlier in his address, he said that education is an imperative for progress and development of a nation and without it the dream of peace and stability could not be achieved.
He said illiteracy and unemployment are one of the major factors towards militancy and terrorism and urged all stakeholders to support the government's efforts to combat these menaces.
