Habib Jan, other PAC leaders booked in constable's murder case

Sindh police on Wednesday booked Habib Jan Baloch and other leaders of banned People's Amn Committee (PAC) in the murder case of a police constable. According to police sources, the FIR 91/12 was lodged at Kalri police station under sections 302/34, 365, 109 of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and 7 of the Anti Terrorism Act (ATA) on the complaint of ASI Ishtiaque.
Police said some nine suspects including Habib Jan Baloch, Uzair Baloch, Zafar Baloch, Fahim Badshah, Adnan, Mushtaq and others were nominated in the FIR. Police said the accused were involved in the abduction-cum-murder of a police constable Raj Mohammad on last Monday when the deceased in plainclothes left police station to monitor police deployment in Kalri. They said the culprits on a double cabin and two motorcycles kidnapped Raj from Maripur road and then shot him dead.
