The Punjab government on Monday sent three trucks of relief items to Skardu for the Jawans of Pakistan Army engaged in relief and rescue operation in Gayari. Director General Provincial Disaster Management Authority Mujahid Sherdil said on Monday that relief items also included 150 thermal tents and 300 quilts. A 14x14 feet thermal tent is sufficient for six persons, he added.
