A petition filed before the Supreme Court has sought the arrest of former Pakistan Ambassador to US Hussain Haqqani and his appearance before the judicial commission investigating the Memo scandal. The petitioner, Zafarullah Khan of Watan Party, prayed to the court to dismiss the application of Haqqani to record his statement through video-conferencing.
