A woman received injuries in an exchange of fire between police and armed men in Osta Muhammad area of Jaffarabad district. Police said on Saturday that acting on information about presence of bandits in a house in village Amir Jan in Osta Muhammad tehsil, a police party raided the place.
An exchange of fire took place between the police and the armed bandits, in which a woman received bullet wounds. The injured was rushed to nearby hospital for medical treatment.
