The trading in Kirana items moved both ways on Jodia Bazaar here on Monday. The following variations were noted.
KIRANA ITEMS (Per 40 kg): Cloves edged down by Rs 2,000 to Rs 48,000, copra India went lower by Rs 100 to Rs 5,100, Kalonjee moved upward by Rs 400 to Rs 7,600, dry ginger (China) ended lower by Rs 200 to Rs 12,600, long pepper went down by Rs 500 to Rs 44,500, peanuts moved higher by Rs 200 to Rs 5,300, star aniseed closed lower by Rs 200 to Rs 13,800, cuminseed edged down by Rs 1,500 to Rs 11,000 and darchini finished downward by Rs 100 to Rs 6,300.
