KASB Finance Limited has agreed to acquire around 99.99 percent of the issued shares of Sigma Leasing Corporation Limited.
"The sponsor shareholders of Sigma Leasing Corporation Limited have reached an understanding with KASB Finance Limited, in terms of which, KASB Finance Limited has agreed to acquire around 99.99 percent of the issued shares of the Company, subject to execution of the Shares Purchase Agreement; necessary regulatory approvals; and completion of formalities for surrender of leasing license of the Company as per the Special Resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on May 08, 2012", an information sent to Karachi Stock Exchange said.
