Indian Army Chief, General VK Singh has said that India could not take statement of General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani seriously, a private TV channel reported Saturday. Indian army chief made these remarks in a television interview. General Singh said that Indian army was on top of the Siachen therefore, it has an edge over Pakistan army and cannot withdraw its troops from there.
Last month, General Kayani told media that both India and Pakistan should talk about pulling out armies from the region.
