Hoax bomb call creates panic in a private hospital

A hoax bomb call led to an emergency drill by bomb disposal squad and rescue teams, who rushed to a private hospital for search and rescue on Sunday. According to SHO North Nazimabad, the hospital staff received a call that a bomb was planted in the lift of the hospital, which would be exploded at any time that caused panic at the hospital.
Heavy contingents of police and rangers responded quickly and evacuated the hospital within no time. Meanwhile, the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) also reached the spot and after thorough search the call proved to be hoax. The officials of BDS said that they have cleared the hospital premise after two hours of examination.
