Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Mian Nawaz Sharif has expressed concern over current state of national economy and also sought suggestions from economic experts to steer the country out of present difficult situation. A delegation of traders, economic and energy experts met the PML-N President at his Raiwand residence on Saturday and exchanged views on budget, energy crises, high inflation and other matters pertaining to economy.
Nawaz made an appeal to economic experts to send comprehensive proposals so that policies could be framed accordingly to put the country out of prevailing economic crises. He expressed deep concern over power load shedding and said industrial production had badly hampered while millions of workers rendered jobless.
He said the PML-N had a team of experts of different fields and if voted to power, we would resolve energy crises apart from putting the economy on strong footings. Nawaz also shared his future vision with the delegation members and sought their help for economic revival.
