ANP worker's body stuffed in gunny bag found

A body of Awami National Party (ANP) worker stuffed in a gunny bag was found from Korangi Industrial Area on Thursday, police said. Police said that Noor-ur-Rehman, 25, was kidnapped by unknown men. He was shot to dead by the kidnappers and the body was thrown out in Mehran Town sector 6-A area falling in the jurisdiction of Korangi Industrial Area police station after stuffing it into a gunny bag.
A duty officer at the station said the body bore torture marks and bullet hole. He said that victim was the resident of Kunwari Colony, Mangopir. The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for postmortem.
