The government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) on Friday chalked out an integrated plan for promoting trade and tourism sectors in AJK. The sources told APP, the plan has been started on the special directives of AJK Prime Minister Chaudhry Abdul Majeed. In order to materialise the idea of making AJK a most attractive hub of prospective tourism activities an international tourism conference is proposed to be organised here in near future.
Various world fame tourism organisations including Britain-based overseas Kashmiris' organisation will be invited to attend the conference, the sources said. The sources revealed that a Technical Education Board would also be set up soon for promoting the technical education in AJK.
