Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N), All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) and Pakistan Muslim League-Like-minded (PML-L) on Monday rejected Sindh budget 2012-13 terming it as 'jugglery of figures.' PML-N leader Liaqat Jatoi told Business Recorder that PPP-led government had presented "jugglery of words" prepared by bureaucrats as PPP's ministers were not even capable to prepare provincial budget.
He alleged that finance minister Murad Ali Shah did not know the ABC of budget making. He said that the budget was not for poor but for rich people. Aasia Ishaq, Central Leader of APML, termed Sindh budget 2012-13 as a lollypop for the poor people of Sindh. "We were expecting packages for the flood-affected and rain-affected people but the budget came without any good news for them," she said.
She said that Sindh government should have announced Livestock package for the flood-affected people, whose livestock had been washed away by the floods. PML-L MPA Abdul Razzaq Rahimoon said that Sindh government should have announced packages for every district of the province in the budget. But, the government announced packages for only few districts, which is totally injustice and discrimination, he added.
