Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) on Wednesday claimed to have arrested three persons and recovered huge quantity of narcotics from them. According to the statement issued here on Wednesday, the ANF had received information that a group of narcotics smugglers are going to smuggle huge quantity of narcotics from Karachi to Belgium (Brussels) through a container.
Reacting on the said information, the ANF inspected the container and recovered 6,888kgs of Hashish and 100kgs of heroin that were concealed in the cartons of bed sheets. The statement further said the ANF during the said action took three individual into custody and added that efforts are in hand to arrest the source of supply and remaining suspects. Further investigation in this regard was underway.-PR
