Punjab University Institute of Education and Research's Department of Technology Education held a Quran Khawani for the departed souls of Pak Army's martyrs of Siachen here on Thursday. Department Chairperson Dr Tehseen Mehmood, Professor Muhammad Riaz, Professor Tariq Hussain, Professor Shahzad Mughal and a large number of students were present on the occasion. Later, Abul Rehman Madni highlighted the philosophy of martyrdom and told students about value of martyrdom.
In the end Dua was also offered for the martyrs of Siachen.
