Semester exams held peacefully

Papers of the on-going first semester examinations were smoothly conducted in peaceful and in a well-discipline manner at the University of Sindh without any hurdle while a tighten security arrangements were made with the help of full security cover by University's own security staff along with the police, Rangers at Allama I I Kazi Campus on Saturday.
The paper at the teaching departments was conducted in two shifts by the concerned teachers while Deans of the Faculties, Heads of the Institutes and Teaching departments and large number faculty members were also present as usual in their respective departments. The paper was conducted in well discipline manners in almost at all institutes and departments of the university.
The buses of the University were plied from different routs to provide pick and drop facility to students and also vigilant checking system was adopted at main entrances of the Campus and main gates of the institutes and departments. A committee comprising of Deans, Controller of Examinations (Semester) Dean students Affairs, Director Students Affairs, visited the departments and monitored the arrangements in connection with semester examinations.
The scheduled semester papers were conducted in two shifts at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Institute of Physics, Institute of Chemistry, Freshwater Biology and Fisheries and Physiology departments of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Institute of Commerce of the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Departments of International Relations, Economics, Political Science, Sindh Development Study Center of the Faculty of Social Sciences , department of Islamic Culture of the Faculty of Islamic Studies, department of Urdu and Institute of Art and Design of the Faculty of Arts held in peaceful manner.
