There's no doubt Pakistani mangoes are of excellent quality - and it looks like they've won over yet another fan.

Former president Asif Ali Zardari and his family gifted a shipment of Pakistani mangoes on Monday to Dubai-based beauty influencer Mona Kattan.

Kattan, who is one-third of the trio of sisters behind billion-dollar cosmetics brand Huda Beauty and the head of its recently-launched fragrance arm, excitedly thanked Bakhtawar Bhutto-Zardari on her Instagram and Snapchat for sending over the present, which she said she loves and couldn't wait to dig into.

An accompanying note says the mangoes were grown on the family's farms in Tando Allahyar Sindh.

Kattan's social media following is in the millions from around the world., and Pakistani followers have been wondering about the connection between the Kattans and the Zardaris. Bakhtawar and Mona are friends, and the two families were former neighbours in Dubai's upscale Emirates Hills area.
