Sindh reported on Friday 27 more deaths due to coronavirus taking the provincial death toll to 1205.
In his daily coronavirus briefing, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said, in the past 24 hours, 5103 tests were conducted out of which 1150 came out positive. He said so far Sindh has conducted 414248 tests out of which 76318 have come out COVID-19 positive.
Shah said out of the new cases reported, 1050 were recorded from Karachi, 22 from Hyderabad, seven each from Jamshoro and Ghotki.
The CM said today, 1252 patients recovered and were sent home. He further said total recoveries in Sindh have reached 41992.
Speaking about patients, the CM said 672 are in critical condition while 110 are on ventilator.
