(Karachi) The "suspected car" which was used by India-linked Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) terrorists for an attack on Pakistan Stock Exchange had fake registration number, media reported on Monday.
Security officials said that the vehicle's number plate was fake while its engine number was also tampered. They added that the car has been taken into custody and investigations are being carried out to trace its owner.

Prior to the attack, the terrorists arrived in the car and parked it just in front of the main entrance of the PSX. Video footages and pics that were shared on social media and TV channels showed terrorists exiting the car and launching the attack.

At least eleven persons including two civilians, four security guards of PSX, and one police Sub Inspector embraced martyrdom in the deadly attack. The terrorists used automatic weapons, hand grenades and explosive material, however they failed to storm in the PSX building due to timely response of the security forces.
