Sindh's coronavirus tally reached 89225 on Thursday after 2430 cases were reported.

In his daily coronavirus brief, Sindh Chief Minister said that 31 more people lost their battle with coronavirus. "In Sindh, 1437 people have passed away from coronavirus," the CM said.

Speaking about the tests conducted, the chief minister said in the last 24 hours, the province tested 9436 people. Out of these, 2430 people tested positive, he said. Shah continued that with these new tests, the total tests conducted so far are 471023.

Record 74 deaths reported in Sindh today

The chief minister revealed that 1399 patients have recovered from the novel virus today. 754 patients are in critical condition, while 101 are on ventilator.

So far, Sindh has reported the highest number of coronavirus cases.
