Philanthropist donates equipment to LGH

LAHORE: A Pakistani philanthropist based in the United States has donated modern equipments to General Hospital Lahore alternate of ventilators useful in restoring the respiratory system of patients with corona virus.

Accepting the donation of High Flow Oxygen Nasal Canula, Principal Post Graduate Medical Institute (PGMI) and Amir Uddin Medical College Prof. Dr. Sardar Muhammad Al-freed Zafar said that the hard earned money of overseas Pakistani spending for the welfare of the patients is a good omen.

Principal PGMI said that Pakistanis all over the world are ambassadors of their beloved homeland. They always spared no effort in serving their countrymen and generously donated to share their grief.

Zia-ud-Din Butt, a US philanthropist, said that PGMI & LGH's Corona Helpline and Telemedicine Service was instrumental in providing the best guidance and information on the virus to Pakistanis living abroad.
