"Was the foundation stone laid by Nawaz Sharif still there?"

"If he can be the prime minister for a third time why can't he inaugurate the same dam twice....anyway in 2014 he approved financing for the dam."

"Right and The Khan joined the ranks of the great Pakistani leaders dedicated to building the dam this Wednesday by kicking off the mega construction project."

"What does that mean?"

"I am not sure but see how smart he was - he didn't lay a foundation stone, he didn't perform a ground breaking ceremony, he kicked off the project."

"To find that out you will have to wait till the end of The Khan's term..."
