ISLAMABAD: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority's (Nepra's) team probing power crisis in Karachi during the last couple of weeks, has submitted its report to the Authority. Well-informed sources told Business Recorder that the team, in its findings has held KE responsible for current mess in Karachi and Hyderabad.

The team headed by Nadir Khoso, Director General, Monitoring and Enforcement has also raised the issue of over-billing, which is already in the media.
