Pakistan's coronavirus tally has reached 271,887 after 1,487 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours.

The country conducted 23,630 tests, out of which 1,487 came out positive. According to data, Sindh has 116,800 infections, Punjab has 91,691, KP has 33,071and Balochistan has 11,550.

Likewise, Islamabad has reported 14,821 confirmed cases, Gilgil-Baltistan has 1,942 and Azad Kashmir has reported 2,012 cases.

Pakistan also reported 24 death which takes the death toll to 5,787. Meanwhile, the number of recoveries from coronavirus in Pakistan has reached 236,596.
