Sindh reported on Tuesday 571 new cases and 10 deaths from coronavirus.

Out of these new cases, 244 were detected in Karachi, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah announced in his daily coronavirus update. He shared that during the last 24 hours, 9571 people were tested for the virus out of which 571 tested positive.

The CM said so far, the province has conducted 728119 tests out of which 119398 have come out positive. Speaking about fatalities, the CM said 10 more people lost their lives to coronavirus.

"Total number of deaths from coronavirus have reached 2172," the CM said. He added that currently, the condition of 343 patients is critical, while 67 patients are on ventilator.

Today, the CM said, 509 people have recovered from the virus, taking the tally to 108989.
