KARACHI: In line with the memorandum and articles of association of PSX Stockbrokers Association (PSA), annual general meeting (AGM) of PSA was held here.

The general body approved the report of activity and financial statement of the association, followed by the other agenda items. In accordance with the results of elections for the session/year 2020-21, as declared by the election commissioner, Hamad Nazir Kehar has been elected as president of the PSX Stockbrokers Association for the term of 2020-21.

According to the election results, Muhammad Munir Khanani elected as vice-president, Muhammad Adil Ghaffar as General Secretary, Fawad Yusuf as Joint Secretary and Kazim Sultan Dattoo elected as Treasurer of the Association. Abdus Samad Salim, Amin Yusuf, Ghulam Mujtaba Sakarwala, Muhammad Zahid Ali Habib and Noman Abdul Majeed Adam were elected as Committee Members.-PR
