ISLAMABAD: The Prime Minister's Office said on Thursday that Pakistan Citizen's Portal (PCP) has become an effective voice of Overseas Pakistanis, and their 107,555 complaints have been addressed so far out of the total 161,680 complaints lodged.
The PM's Office has released statistics of the portal and stated that the number of registered citizens on Pakistan Citizen's Portal has reached 2.8 million.
According to the monthly statistics released by the PM's Office on Thursday, 1.5 million people commented on the portal, whilst millions of people confirmed getting relief to their grievances through portal.
Total numbers of registered citizen at the portal have reached 2.8 million. Out of 2.3 million complaints registered on the portal, 2.2 million complaints stand resolved. Province-wise data released showed that complaints' redress include 976,482 of Punjab, 781,094 of federation, 266,276 of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, 149,898 of Sindh, and 20,031 of Balochistan.
