BlackBerry to enter market with a keyboard smartphone

In the age of new and improved smartphones, technology company BlackBerry has decided to return into the market with a 5G smartphone featuring a keyboard.

BlackBerry has not launched a smartphone since 2018, but now the company has decided to return soon with a new 5G smartphone. As per Mashable, the recently announced mobility, fax con subsidiary FIH Mobile companies announced that they will jointly launch a BlackBerry 5G phone with a keyboard.

Peter Franklin, CEO of Onward Mobility, said that BlackBerry smartphones are best known for their communication, privacy, and data security. Franklin added that the deal would "deliver a new 5G Android BlackBerry smartphone with a physical keyboard."

According to the report, BlackBerry's new smartphone will be launched in the market by the quarter of next year 2021. Details regarding the features of the new BlackBerry smartphone have not been shared yet, but interestingly, it will feature a keyboard with a touchpad.
