The nationwide coronavirus tally reached 296,149 on Tuesday after the country reported 300 new infections.
There are now 8,881 cases in the country. Out of these new cases, 28 were reported from Punjab, 74 from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and 10 from Balochistan. The rest were recorded from Islamabad, GB and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

The country also lost four more people to the novel virus. Coronavirus has claimed the lives of 6298 people in Pakistan. Meanwhile, 288 people have also recovered from the virus taking the nationwide recoveries to 280,970.
