SINGAPORE: Two companies have technically qualified for an import tender by Pakistan LNG to buy a cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) for delivery in September, according to a notice on the company's website.

The companies are Gunvor Singapore and Vitol Bahrain, according to the notice.

Commercial proposals from the qualified bidders for the Pakistan tender are expected to be opened later on Sept. 1.

Pakistan LNG has another outstanding tender to import two cargoes for delivery in October.
