As educations institutions reopen across Pakistan tomorrow after being closed for six months, Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that it is our collective responsibility to ensure that every child can go to school safely to learn.
In a tweet on Monday, the PM said tomorrow they will be welcoming millions of children who will return to their schools. He further said that the government has worked to ensure that school operations are aligned with public health safety rules on coronavirus.
On September 7, the government decided to reopen education institutions across Pakistan from September 15 in phases. In the first phase, colleges and universities will be reopened on September 15. Classes for the students of 9 and 10 will also start tomorrow.
In the next phase, schools for the students of class 6 till 8 will be reopened on September 23. In the final phase, the classes from pre-primary to five would be opened on September 30.
