Shahid Akram Guccha was elected un-opposed central chairman of Pakistan Yarn Merchants Association (PYMA) while Muhammad Hanif Lakhany has been elected as senior vice chairman for the year 2020-21.
As per the PYMA announcement, for Sindh and Balochistan region Muhammad Farhan Ashrafi was elected as vice-chairman, whereas, Kamran Ali Magon, was elected as vice-chairman for Punjab and KPK region.
The other members of the executive committee from Sindh and Balochistan region are Altaf Haroon, Muhammad Noman Ilyas, Tanvir Ahmed, Abdul Samad Gaba, Waheed Umer, Bilal Buksh.
Similarly, from Punjab and KPK region, the members of the executive committee are Rehan Naseem, Nadeem Iqbal, Sh. Ahmed Tayyab, Awais Nisar, Muhammad Tahir, Khalid Ahmed, and Jawad Asghar are elected the members of the executive committee.
PYMA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 29th September 2020 at 3.30 pm.
The Pakistan Yarn Merchants Association was established in 1960 in pursuance Companies act VII of 1913 (Now Companies Ordinance 1984). One of the objectives of PYMA is to protect and promote the interest of merchants and dealers in Yarn of all grades in Pakistan and elsewhere.
