Earlier today, Usman Buzdar, Chief Minister of Punjab, inaugurated the Punjab Rozgar Scheme, amounting to nearly 30 billion rupees worth of accessible financing, especially for small businesses and young entrepreneurs.
This ambitious scheme is intended to boost business activity, especially in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, providing soft loans and establishing special designated economic zones.
Under the tutelage of Chief Minister Buzdar, the provincial government has set up Rahimyar Khan, Bhalwal, Vehari, Faisalabad, and the Quaid e Azam Business Park near Sheikhupura, as special economic zones.
