Rasool Park tragedy: Shahbaz visits injured

Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif expressed his firm resolve to thwart the nefarious designs of terrorists through forging unity so as to transform Pakistan into a heaven of peace and tranquillity.
He said this during his visit to the Services Hospital on Friday to inquire after the health of the persons injured in Rasool Park tragedy. Shahbaz met every injured person individually and inquired about his well-being. He also inquired from them about medical facilities being provided to them and expressed his satisfaction over the medical care.
Special Assistant Kh. Salman Rafique and Secretary Health Arif Nadeem accompanied the Chief Minister.
Talking on the occasion, Shahbaz Sharif said that the whole nation is saddened over the loss of precious lives in Rasool Park tragedy. He said words are not strong enough to condemn this reprehensible act of terrorism and those who play with the innocent lives do not deserve to be called human beings.
Shahbaz said that the whole nation is united and determined to eradicate terrorism. He said that nefarious designs of terrorists to destabilise the country would be thwarted.
The Chief Minister directed Hospital administration to provide the best medical care to the injured and no effort should be spared in this regard.
