KARACHI: Gold prices on Friday surged by Rs1400 to Rs114400 per tola on the local market, traders said.
The precious metal also grew by Rs1200 to Rs98080 per 10 grams on the domestic level.
Gold was quoted for $1915 per ounce, up by $31 on the world market. Silver was traded for Rs1200 per tola; Rs1028.80 per 10 grams and $24.40 per ounce.
