KARACHI: The Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the AUC (Pvt) Ltd. for execution of a long-term strategy for academic excellence.
SSUET registrar Syed Sarfraz Ali and AUC CEO Asad Ullah Chaudhry signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
This partnership will help monitor status of strategic objectives through automated tools.
Capability and capacity of management will be assessed and developed to lead strategic initiatives accordingly.
The ongoing initiatives as well as those in the pipeline will be reviewed and aligned with strategic objectives.
The AUC is a trademark of success in information technology and project management consultancy, mentoring and training.
The Vice Chancellor of SSUET, Prof. Dr. Vali Uddin, said that the MoU was signed between the two institutions for promotion of activities on the campus to enhance quality of learning and teaching through faculty development programmes.
The CEO of AUC, Asad Ullah Chaudhry, said that universities only paid attention to the intake of students and assessed progress according to the students’ strength. Academic institutions must focus on the potential of their students, he said.
