Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) special taskforce on Saturday detected a bypass connection following a raid at a dying and rubber factory in Misri Shah and seized a meter used for illegal gas supply.
According to taskforce Head Chaudhry Sharafat Ali, factory owner Ayyaz was stealing gas illegally through a bypass connection. Police, he said, have been informed for registration of a case.
