His counsel A K Dogar also filed a civil miscellaneous application on Thursday and added another prayer in the main petition challenging the power outages' exemption to the ruling class. He said the exemption of loadsheding to VIP and VVIP personalities in the country was a clear violation of fundamental right of other citizens.
He prayed to the court to withdraw the impugned exemption and all the citizens of the country should be treated equally.
