41 employees of Sanofi get IBA certification

Institute of Business Administration (IBA) held a special ceremony on Tuesday at main campus in Karachi, to confer the first "Business Management Certification" to a group of employees of Sanofi Pakistan - a leading multinational pharmaceutical company.
The ceremony was hosted by Centre for Executive Education (CEE) at IBA, Karachi. A total of 41 employees (field executives) of Sanofi Pakistan received the certification in Business Management from the Dean and Director of IBA, Dr Ishrat Husain. Tariq Wajid, General Manager, Sanofi Pakistan, along with Management Committee of the company, was also present on the occasion.
Dr Ishrat Husain declared the collaboration a very successful one that had set a precedent for other organisations to follow, and termed it a unique initiative aimed at the skill-development of individuals working in Sanofi. Izhar Hussain, Director Centre for Executive Education (CEE) at IBA, Karachi highlighted the importance of Business Excellence for the field force. He underscored that the field force effectiveness was one of the key factors which could put the company on the commanding heights for the faster growth of the company. Shakeel Mapara, Director Human Resources, Sanofi Pakistan expressed delight over the achievement of his colleagues, saying that this was indeed a milestone the colleagues had achieved.-PR
