Advocate Nadeem acquitted in NAB case

Senior Advocate Nadeem Ahmed, who was allegedly nominated in a National Accountability Bureau (NAB) reference, was acquitted on Tuesday. While granting the application under section 265 k of the Criminal Procedure Code, the Judge of the NAB court observed that there was no evidence against Nadeem Ahmed and he could not be convicted in the said reference.
The Ahmed & Qazi owner, Advocate Nadeem, was charged with corruption worth 5 billion rupees and was earlier arrested by the NAB authorities.
