Altaf for national harmony to cope with challenges

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain has said that the suggestion with regard to convene a roundtable conference had been given with a view to developing consensus among all parties to cope with challenges which are being confronted by the country. He said this while addressing a meeting at the MQM's International Secretariat in London, said a statement issued by the MQM here on Wednesday.
Addressing the meeting, Altaf Hussain called for need to end load shedding of electricity and eliminate unemployment, control inflation and cope with terrorism. He called upon all the parties to set aside their differences and develop harmony and unity for betterment of the country. Altaf Hussain said he wants to see Pakistan prosper and developed country. Sindh Minister for Industries, Rauf Siddiqi, In charge MQM's International Secretariat, Mustafa Azizabadi, Joint Incharges, Muhammad Ashfaq and Qasim Ali Raza and other members of the International Secretariat attended the meeting.
