UAE Ambassador to Pakistan Essa Abdulla Al Basha Al Noaimi on Tuesday said that UAE is providing $120 million funds for social sectors projects to help the country improve health and education facilities. Speaking at an Iftar-dinner hosted by the UAE embassy on Tuesday, the Ambassador said that first phase of the ongoing projects for social sector uplift would be completed shortly.
He said that UAE is funding projects in health and education sectors and would continue to help brotherly country. He said that relations between UAE and Pakistan have always remained good and they are like one nation. He said that many UAE funded projects in North Waziristan and South Waziristan are near completion. Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira said that Pakistan has close relations with UAE. He said Pakistan always supported people-to-people contact of both the countries.
