KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 26.072 billion and the number of lots traded 16,448. Major business was contributed by NSDQ 100 amounting to PKR 15.027 billion, followed by Gold (PKR 3.357 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.142 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.012 billion), DJ (PKR 1.321 billion), Platinum (PKR 511.693 million), SP500 (PKR 421.375 million), Copper (PKR 399.213 million), Natural Gas (PKR 387.093 million), Silver (PKR 361.099 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 130.348 million). In Agriculture Commodities, 11 lots of cotton amounting to PKR 8.402 million were traded.
