Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Monday visited the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) headquarters where he was given a briefing on the country's "internal security and the ongoing situation in Afghanistan", according to a statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Upon arrival at the ISI's headquarters, COAS was welcomed by Director General ISI Lieutenant General Faiz Hamid.
The COAS expressed his satisfaction over the preparedness of the organisation, ISPR added.

The prime minister was accompanied by three services’ chiefs, federal ministers and Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal, and Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Mahmood Khan.
