Eid-ul-Fitr prayer will be offered in more than four thousands mosques of the provincial metropolis besides opening places according to their scheduled timings.
Maulana Abul Khair will lead Eid prayer at historical Badshahi Masjid at 8:45am while Maulana Muhammad Ramzan Sialwi will lead Eid ul Fitr Prayer at Data Darbar Masjid at 8:00 am Jamaat-i-Islami Ameer Syed Munawwar Hassan will lead the Eid prayers at Mansoora at 8:30am. Maulana Abdul Khabeer Azad will lead the prayers at Badshahi Mosque at 8:45am.
Professor Mati Ullah Bajwa will lead the prayers at Madrassa Balagh-ut-Tauheed, Shadbagh, at 7:15am. Hafiz Rafique Ahmed Yusufi will lead Eid prayers at 7:30am in Firdous Jamia Masjid, Shadbagh, Maulana Muhammed Ahmed Karim will lead the prayers at a park situated opposite Madrassa Taleem-ul-Quran, 31-L, Gulberg.
Maulana Muhammed Asad Karim will lead the prayers at 8:30 at Jamia Masjid Tech Society. Maulana Muhammed Arshad Karim will lead the prayers at 9:30am in a park situated near Jamia Masjid Ibrahim, main Gulberg.
In the mosques situated in the Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Eid prayers will be offered according to the following schedule.
Khateeb Dr Sarfraz Ahmed Khan will lead the prayers at 8am at Jamia Mosque Phase I. Khateeb Sami Ullah will lead the prayers at the same time at Jamia Mosque Phase II. Muhammed Ashraf Ali Khan will lead the prayers at Jamia Mosque Phase III at 8am whereas in Phase IV, Rashid Ahmed will lead the prayers.
In 'B' Sector Mosque Phase I, Hameed-ur-Rehman will lead the prayers at 7:45am and at the same timings, Muhammed Tahir will lead the prayers at C Sector Mosque, Phase I.
The prayers will be held at 6:30am at Masjid Dar-us-Salam Baagh-e-Jinah. Qari Muhammad Naseer Tariq will lead the prayers at Ittefaq Jamia Mosque H-Block, Model Town, at 7:15. Prayers at Aitcheson College Main Cricket Ground will be held at 7:30am. Eid prayers at Lahore Railway Station will be held at 8:45am.
