ISLAMABAD: The price of 24-karat per tola gold witnessed an increase of Rs2,500, and was traded at Rs124,100 in the local market on Wednesday.

The price of 10 gram 24-karat gold also increased by Rs2,144 to Rs106,396, whereas 10 gram 22-karat went up to Rs97,530.

Gold prices decrease in local market

The price of gold in international market decreased by $9, and was quoted at $1,788, traders said.
