KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 12.470 billion and the number of lots traded at 9,745.

Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 3.913 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 3.644 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.636 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.270 billion), Platinum (PKR 708.942 million), DJ (PKR 655.485 million), SP 500 (PKR 203.999 million), Natural Gas (PKR 198.107 million), Silver (PKR 184.057 million) and Copper (PKR 55.559 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 8 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 7.433 million were traded.
