Rs 240 million public school being constructed in Shahdadkot

Sindh Minister for Food Mir Nadir Khan Magsi laid foundation stone of a public school, here at Dost Ali Road on Friday, which will benefit the people of Qambar- Shahdadkot district and other adjacent areas of Sindh and Balochistan. The public school will be completed within next three years at the cost of Rs 240 million.
President Asif Ali Zardari has issued directives for this school and for release of required funds, said the Minister while addressing the people gathered at the foundation stone laying ceremony. He said that setting up of a public school here was a dream of the people of Qamar-Shahdadkot district. The people from neighbouring districts including some areas of Balochistan can benefit this important institution.
He urged the contractor and engineers to ensure quality in construction of the school so that the people remember them for long. He said that Pakistan People's Party (PPP) has always worked for the welfare of the people, and for development and prosperity of the country. The people are alive that which political party is the best for them and the country, he said. Now, time has come to go to the people once again and he hoped they will vote in favour of PPP, he added.
